Coming back to an ancient family tradition, dated 1950, Imballaggi Speciali decided to introduce a complete coffee range of products with a new brand, Caffe Buongiorno. Our company has been producing coffee since long time respecting the authentic Italian tradition. Our project aims to bring artisan Italian espresso on the table around the world. We take care about production and worldwide marketing.We originally select the best qualities and create a fine blends, ideal for use with professional and non-professional espresso machines. Our company has a production capacity of about 5000 tons/year.The raw material, green coffee, is stored in silos, divided into eight compartments, with a capacity of 48,000 kg.Green coffee is purchased only from suppliers established over time and evaluated annually, qualitative analyses are made at the arrival of each batch and samples are carried out microbiological and chemical analyses by external laboratories.Green coffee is analyzed and approved by our laboratory that records data and issues a certificate.Once approved, the coffee is loaded into silos and then automatically discharged into the latest generation IMF toaster, the production capacity of one roasting cycle: 240kg (raw). Once the roasting is completed, the coffee is again analyzed and approved.Then the coffee passes through ruther and magnets to remove any impurities and is stored in big bag ready to be packaged.The entire production path is traced so as to be able to answer any questions on specific lots. The production takes place in Italy, in order to guarantee high quality standards for the entire range that we offer.This attention to detail is the secret of Buongiorno for an excellent result in the cup.Initial sales were mainly directed to the North African market and to local market.Given the good results and experience we have gained over the years, we made the strategic decision to further develop our sales network, not only in the national territory, but especially in foreign markets.In order to best support this decision, we have made the brand makeover and expanded the range of products.We are actually exporting our coffee in different countries such as France, UK, Bulgaria, Serbia, Latvia, Poland, Malta, Check Republic, Canada, China, Turkey and we would like to and we are looking for new partners who share our mission.Our products range consist of: coffee grains, ground coffee, filters, compatible capsules suitable for Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, A Modo Mio, Lavazza Point, ginseng, barley, american filters, sugar and sweetener.We offer branded accessories and professional machines too.On the domestic market we are organizing our sales network through distributors in different areas.With regard to development on foreign markets we would need to find local distributors or importers.The size of our company allows us to offer a flexible and personalized service to each customer, both for smaller customers and international customers.We have also included in the company's organization chart a new figure specialized in Food Marketing, with the aim of modernizing commercial strategies.Our coffee is a high quality product, with a strong Italian identity, offered at a competitive price.
